Good stuff, but watch the price

I grabbed some Brutus On-The-Go Broth Sticks for my dog last week. They're super convenient and my dog loves them mixed with her regular kibble, but I wish the subscription discount was a bit higher than 10%. It's still a good value overall, especially compared to Primal Pet Foods, but I'm always looking for a better deal.

My pups love Brutus Broth!

Anyone else's dogs obsessed with this stuff? I grabbed a Dog Broth Variety Pack and my furballs go crazy for it, especially the beef one. I just wish it lasted a bit longer after opening, like maybe more than a week in the fridge.

Decent broth, small flaw

I tried the Beef Bone Broth for Dogs and it's a good supplement for my picky eater. He laps it right up, and it's nice knowing it has glucosamine. The packaging is sturdy. My only minor gripe is the pour spout on the carton; it sometimes drips a little when I close it, which is a bit messy. Otherwise, it's a solid choice for dog food toppers.

Good product, delivery issues

I ordered a few cartons of the Chicken Bone Broth for Dogs and some Hip and Joint Dog Treats. The ordering process on their site was smooth enough. Everything shipped out pretty quickly, but then USPS held onto the package for an extra three days in transit, which wasn't ideal. The broth itself seems high quality; my dog really took to it. The treats are a good size, and he eats them without hesitation. Customer service was responsive when I inquired about the shipping delay, but they couldn't do much to speed up USPS. Overall, solid products, just wish shipping was more consistent.

Great value with subscription

I was looking for a good deal on senior dog joint support. I got the Brutus Broth Variety Pack on a subscription. The 15% off for subscribing made it much more affordable. Free shipping over $50 helped too. It felt like I got a lot for my money, and my older dog seems to be moving a bit easier.

I'm always running out of broth and forget to order. Are there any subscription options that save some money?

A Anna 1 month ago

Yep, they have subscriptions! You get a discount if you subscribe, I think it's like 10-15% off.

G Gwen 1 month ago

Yeah, the subscription is great. Just remember, if you have a separate coupon code, you usually can't stack it with the subscription discount, so pick the better deal.

Is Brutus Broth just like The Honest Kitchen or Open Farm? Trying to decide which brand to go with.

I Ivy Osei 2 months ago

I've tried all three, and Brutus Broth feels a bit more specialized in the broth department, especially with the added joint support. Honest Kitchen and Open Farm have wider ranges of food options.

They're all pretty good quality, human-grade stuff. Brutus Broth is definitely focused on the broth aspect and the joint health angle. If that's your main goal, it's a solid choice over the others which are more general pet food brands.

My dog is super picky and sometimes won't touch new food. Can I return it if she hates it?

R Rosa S. 2 months ago

I returned some stuff once, and it was pretty straightforward. Just contact their customer service.

Yeah, their return policy is pretty chill. Just make sure to check their website for the exact window, I think it's usually within 30 days or something like that.

Hey, thinking about trying out Brutus Broth for my old golden retriever. He's got some joint issues. Does this stuff actually help with that or is it mostly just a tasty treat?

J Julia 2 months ago

My pug's been on it for about 3 months and I swear his little trot is way better. It has glucosamine and chondroitin, which are supposed to be good for joints.

Yeah, my vet actually recommended adding glucosamine for my senior dog's hips, and this broth has it. Plus, my picky eater devours it, which is a win-win.

Does anyone know if Brutus Broth ever has sales? I want to stock up but hoping to catch a deal.

B Beth T. 2 months ago

They totally do! I got a pretty sweet discount around Black Friday last year. Keep an eye out for holiday sales.

Yeah, if you sign up for their newsletter, you usually get a first-order discount, and they email you about other sales too. Free shipping if you spend enough, I think it's over 50 bucks.
